Exhibitor Book Cover Contest!

  • must be completed on a white 8.5x11 paper in portrait position (regular printer paper, the tall way), but can be coloured in as much as the artists wants
  • students in Niagara or Dunnville (elementary or high school) are eligible for entry
  • must have the fair date Sept 18-20, 2025 written somewhere on the page
  • must include the fair theme name "We’ve Got a Good Thing Growing" and "Exhibitor Book" written somewhere on the page
  • must depict the theme "We’ve Got a Good Thing Growing" whatever it means to the artist
  • can use any medium; paint, pencil crayon, crayon, pastels, cut out paper glued onto the page etc but must not be 3D
  • must not be computer or AI generated
  • submissions can be scanned by printer or a picture taken of the page directly above, in good lighting, where the entire picture is visible. There will be a video explanation on how to take a picture of the artwork on the Fair's Facebook and Instagram accounts
By submitting any artwork to the Wainfleet Agricultural Society the artist is giving full rights to WAS to use the image for any and all advertisements and use. The WAS may alter the image to best suit the needs of the Society. The artist's name (first and last initial) as well as age will be displayed and advertised. The winner of the competition will be announced when the Exhibitor Book is ready for publication. All other notable entries will be printed within the book as acknowledgment of entry.
