• I/we have read, understood and agree to the Wainfleet Agricultural Society Terms and Conditions set out in this application form;
• It is my/our responsibility to submit a complete and accurate application;
• The information in this application is collected in accordance with the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act and may be used or disclosed as required to process this application;
• Submitting this application does not guarantee selection as a vendor and imposes no contractual or other obligations on the Wainfleet Agricultural Society or the Township of Wainfleet;
• The Wainfleet Agricultural Society has sole authority and discretion to select vendors; and 
• I/we waive any claim or potential claim against the Wainfleet Agricultural Society and the Town of Wainfleet arising from or in any way related to the submission, evaluation and/or determination of this application.
