Vendor Application Form
- Vendor Application: MUST be completed and submitted by Friday May 16, 2026 (by 4:30 pm EST). NO EXCEPTIONS
- Notification of Acceptance: you will be notified of your application status the week of June 1, 2026.
- Approved Vendors: MUST submit Certificate of Insurance (COI) and payment by August 29, 2026.
- All Food Vendors must comply with the Niagara Region Regulations.
NOTE: All payments are non-refundable once accepted or withdrawn. Acceptance as a vendor in previous Wainfleet Fall Fairs is not a guarantee of entry/participation in this year’s fair. In addition, returning vendors are not guaranteed that they will be provided with the same booth location as in previous years.
