Welcome to our Fair Exhibitor Entry & Information Page. Please review the below Rules & Regulations before continuing.

Note Online registration will close at noon on Wednesday, September 16th, 2026.

All exhibitor classes and competitions are open to residents of Niagara Region and Dunnville.
Exhibits must be delivered to the arena on Wed., Sept. 16, 2026, between 2:00pm and 9:00pm.
- - No entries will be accepted after 9:00pm
  - All animals must arrive by the time specified for their class.
Only one entry per Exhibitor Number in any section of any class (for example CC103), except if noted in the rules for that specific class.
Exhibit space is limited. Excess non-winning entries may be returned or not displayed.
Exhibitors who misrepresent ownership or do not follow rules will forfeit prizes and ribbons.
All exhibits must be made, grown or owned by the exhibitor, unless otherwise specified.
Needlework, crafts, and hobby items must be clean and original to this fair.

A current Exhibitor Number is required to be eligible for prize money or ribbons.
Fees: (see changes in Exhibitor Numbers Names)
- - Adult /Students Grade 9,12: $5.00
  - JK to Grade 8: $2.00
  - JK to Grade 8 may enter an Adult /Students Grade 9,12 section (unless the section specifically indicates a Grade) by paying an additional $3.00
Students enter grade sections based on their grade as of September of the current year.
Exhibitor information (name, town/city, phone, email) must be fully completed in the database.
Exhibitor Number Cards must be shown to collect prize money.
Availability of Exhibitor Numbers:
- - At the Wainfleet Farmers Market on Tuesdays in Aug. until Sept. 8, 2026
  - At the Wainfleet Arena Wed., Sept. 16, 2026, from 2:00-9:00pm.
  - Online registration will be permitted, however, failure to pay fees will disqualify the exhibitor from receiving prizes or ribbons.
Exhibitor Numbers do not provide free admission to the fair

Items for sale must be clearly marked “For Sale” on the White Exhibitor Tag.
Buyer information will be collected and passed on to the exhibitor.

Exhibits to be picked up Sat., Sept. 19, 2026, from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm. After 9 items will be left in the lobby with no Security. Any other variations will be posted in the Class specific Rules and Regulations.
There is very limited space available, items will be left in the arena lobby for pick up on Sunday, September 20 from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. Note: there is no Security in the lobby Sunday morning. Any remaining items will be donated (if appropriate).
Items deemed unsafe for consumption will be disposed of.

Exhibits, animals, and displays are entered at the exhibitor’s own risk.
All animals are subject to a health inspection at the time of arrival, and sick or debilitated animals will be removed from the fairgrounds.
All exhibited animals must be properly secured and shall not be allowed to run at large within the fairgrounds, Failure to comply will result in the animal and its’ handlers being asked to leave, forfeiting any entry fee(s).

Judging takes place Thu., Sept. 17, 2026, until 3:00pm in the Arena and Pavilion.
No unauthorized persons are allowed in judging areas during judging.
Judges decide whether an exhibit is worthy of a prize. No prize money will be awarded to non-compliant entries
Judges’ decisions are final.
Point System:
- - 1st place, 3 points
  - 2nd place, 2 points
  - 3rd place, 1 point
  - 4th place, ½ point

Eligible non-perishable winning exhibits selected for District Competition will be held and transported by the Society.
Perishable or high-value items will be returned to exhibitors prior to the District 6 AGM in November.

Any protest must be:
- - Submitted in writing.
  - Clearly explain the concern
  - Signed by the complainant
  - Delivered to the Secretary within one week
The decision of the Directors is final.
The prize list may be corrected for typographical errors or omissions.

Prize money can be collected on Sat. Sept. 19, 2026, from 3:00 to 9:00 pm.
Winners must bring their Exhibitor Number Card.
Some prizes may be distributed by the Class Chair.
Unclaimed prizes may be picked on October 8th, 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., at the Seniors (Friendship) Room of the Arena.
Prize money not claimed after that date will be donated to the Fair.
The Adult/Grade 9 to 12 exhibitor with the highest total points will receive $50.00.
The JK to Grade 8 exhibitor with the highest total points will receive $25.00
