President's Message

Kelly Martindale

It is my pleasure to welcome you to the Wainfleet Fall Fair and to this year’s celebration of “From Farm to Fair.”

Our theme speaks to the heart of what the Wainfleet Fall Fair has always been about. It is a celebration of agriculture, community, family, hard work, and the many traditions that have brought us together year after year. From the farm fields and gardens to the exhibits, displays, competitions, food, and fellowship at the fairgrounds, there is something special about seeing our community’s efforts come together.

As our Fair continues to grow, I am especially grateful that we are able to do so while maintaining the traditions that make the Wainfleet Fall Fair uniquely ours. The familiar sights, the friendly faces, the cherished competitions, and the sense of community are just as important today as they have been for generations.

None of this would be possible without the incredible support of our community. To the volunteers who give countless hours, the exhibitors who proudly share their talents and harvests, the local businesses and sponsors who support us, the participants who bring our competitions to life, and every family and individual who comes through our gates — thank you. Your enthusiasm, generosity, and commitment are what allow our Fair to continue to thrive.

A successful fair is truly a community effort. It takes many hands and many hearts, and I am proud of the way Wainfleet continues to come together to support this special tradition. Your support allows us not only to preserve the Fair we know and love, but also to build upon it and create new memories for future generations.

On behalf of the Wainfleet Agricultural Society, I invite you to explore, participate, reconnect with old friends, make new ones, and enjoy everything the Fair has to offer.

Thank you for helping us carry our traditions forward while growing together as a community.

With warmest regards,

Kelly Martindale
