Exhibitor Registration

Exhibitor numbers are required for all exhibitors. Exhibitor numbers are available on Wednesday September 18th at the Wainfleet Arena between the hours of 1 p.m. and 9 p.m.

All exhibit entries are to be brought to the arena on Wednesday September 18th between the hours of 2 p.m. and 9 p.m.  Note that exhibits will not be accepted after 9 p.m. All exhibits must be picked up Saturday September 21st at 8:30 p.m.

Please note that exhibits cannot be picked up early.
