Vendor Application Form

1. Vendor Application: MUST be completed and submitted by Monday June 30, 2025 (by 4:30 pm EST). NO EXCEPTIONS
2. Notification of Acceptance: you will be notified of your application status after Monday, July 21, 2025.
3. Approved Vendors: MUST submit Certificate of Insurance (COI) and payment by August 29, 2025.
4. All Food Vendors must comply with the Niagara Region Regulations.

NOTE: All payments are non-refundable once accepted or withdrawn. Acceptance as a vendor in previous Wainfleet Fall Fairs is not a guarantee of entry/participation in this year’s fair. In addition, returning vendors are not guaranteed that they will be provided with the same booth location as in previous years.

Hours of Operation

• Thursday: September 18, 2025:  6 PM to 9 PM
• Friday: September 19, 2025: 9 AM to 9 PM
• Saturday: July 20, 2025: 9 AM to 7:00 PM

All vendor sites are expected to be open for the full fair hours
